With extensive experience in private market transactions and operational management, Alexander focuses on translating strategic direction into measurable execution. His leadership ensures that all activities are conducted with structure, efficiency, and precision.

Alexander maintains oversight across the full transaction lifecycle, aligning internal processes, partners, and stakeholders to ensure seamless execution from sourcing through completion.

Anthony Vickers oversees transaction execution and operational coordination across the firm’s active opportunities. His role focuses on maintaining visibility, control, and consistency throughout each phase of the transaction process.

Anthony is responsible for ensuring that all engagements are executed according to the firm’s standards, with attention to structure, timelines, and performance outcomes.

Ethan Caldwell manages capital alignment and partner coordination across Black Anvil Holdings. He works closely with capital sources and operators to ensure efficient deployment and structured engagement.

His role focuses on aligning capital with opportunities while maintaining clarity, discipline, and consistency throughout the process.

Nathalia Montecheli supports the execution and coordination of transactions across multiple sectors. She is responsible for managing timelines, documentation, and communication between stakeholders.

Her role ensures that each transaction progresses efficiently while maintaining operational clarity and organization.

Michael Ligon provides strategic oversight, capital alignment, and directional guidance across Black Anvil Holdings. His role focuses on long-term positioning, deal structure, and ensuring that all activities align with the firm’s execution standards and growth objectives.

With a background in private market transactions, real estate investment, and deal structuring, Michael contributes to the firm’s strategic direction, capital deployment approach, and overall expansion initiatives.

Michael is also the co-founder of The Ligon Group and part of The Ligon Brothers, further reinforcing his experience across private market operations and investment strategy.
